There When You Need Us

In some cases, clients have come to us and told us that they want to hire an alumnus employee back for a contracted period of time, or hire a contractor that one of their hiring managers knew from a previous company. However, the client doesn't want to get involved with managing the compliance or issuing the tax documents. Search Smart will charge a very small fee to manage the payroll for that contractor on behalf of the client. Because we're fully co-employment compliant, we take all the worry out of the payroll process for you.

It's all part of a philosophy that says there are some things that a recruiting firm doesn't have to be wholly involved in to create value.
